Position Summary
The Systems Engineer (SE) will be working closely with the ITSM Consultants in providing consultation, implementation and configuration services for IT Service Management Solutions for clients. Primary IT Service Management implementation will be on HP Service Manager platform.
Training will be provided to successful candidate in technologies employed for the above solutions. Ideally, the candidate should have the following pre-requisite:
- Self-motivated and excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skill to communicate effectively with cross functional teams.
- Able to work independently and resourceful in getting support to complete task on hand.
- Have excellent interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Knowledge in ITIL foundation.
- Knowledge of using HP Service Manager.
- Keen interest and knowledge on Java or Javascript.
A a comprehensive career path awaits the successful candidate for both technical and Sales Track. The Engineer can progress either progress to Consultant tracks or Pre-Sales track at the later stage of their career.
