Technical Support Officer - SHS

Are you interested in a Technical Support Officer (TSO) job at the School of Health Sciences (SHS)? The TSO's job duties would include:
- Set up PCs/Notebook and deploy software in laboratories, lecture theatres and staff offices
- Manage Windows 2003 servers and SQL 2005
- Manage and maintain in-house application systems.
- Provide support for end users - Course Management System, LAN & WLAN, email, video conferencing, MS Office, Windows and Mac OS, PC and mobile devices.
