Fancy working at the airport ?

Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore is looking to recruit a Corporate Network Infrastructure Support (CPSO) staff.

Responsible for managing and running the day-to-day operations of the End-User Computing (EUC) desktop support as well as the user-facing portion of the Corporate Network Infrastructure for CAAS HQ and CAAS remote site offices, ensuring high service standards, network performance and availability.

Manage the Wide Area Network connectivity of remote site offices back to the CAAS HQ.

Required to liaise with government agencies and internal customers, and manage vendors and cabling contractors.
  • Local Polytechnic Diploma in Information Technology (Networking/Data Communication) or other related disciplines.
  • Motivated, creative and meticulous individual who is able to write and communicate effectively in English, and be able to work well with others in a team.
  • Posses good interpersonal and customer-oriented skills in the area of desktop support.
  • Some experience in the desktop/desktop-facing network trouble-shooting.
  • Fresh polytechnic graduates with good aptitude are welcome to apply.
