For those seasoned programmers, you can get to learn many advance features such as Ajax, Design Patterns, frameworks, etc... Best of all, if you are about to graduate and looking for a job, there are lots of business people looking for PHP programmers.

And for those who have lots of freetime at hand, you can embark on a project with the Team. The project may be internal or industrial projects. You will learn as you do, plus it will add to your portfolio that you have done something huge and have a great team backing you up.
